About the Role
We are looking to add a Chief Financial Oicer to our growing team who will be responsible for all Finance, Treasury and Accounting functions across our locations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Implement and develop financial planning and forecasting processes
Develop a comprehensive strategy aligned with our goal's and coherent with our long term objectives
Evaluate potential financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial health.
Analyze financial data, performance indicators, and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Capital Management and Fundraising
Develop and execute capital management strategies, including debt and equity financing, to support the company's growth plans
Manage relationships with institutional investors, financial institutions and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
Financial Operations and Risk Management
Oversee day-to-day financial operations (accounting, taxation, cash flow management)
Devise standard operating procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate financial risks
Adopt relevant systems for robust financial controls
Team Leadership and Development
Build and lead a multi-location high-performing finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
Foster a culture of financial discipline, accountability, and transparency within the finance department and across the organization
Required Qualifications
Chartered Accountant or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related subject area
Proven experience as a CFO or similar leadership function in a high-growth manufacturing organization
Demonstrated success in fundraising, capital management, and working with institutional investors
In-depth knowledge of relevant accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset
Experience in implementing digital systems, not limited to ERP, for improving productivity and reporting
Fluency in English
